Status Collection Tool
Determining project status involves not only measurable information such as dates and estimates, but also includes subjective feedback from team members describing things that can't be measured in terms of hours and dates.  This tool provides a way to collect these qualitative types of information from team members which can then be turned into issues or tasks, or simply left as project documentation.
