Operations Suite
This suite provides key functions to manage day-to-day operations of maintaining IT assets.  Key functions supported include the identification and cataloging of all assets (software and hardware components), creation of asset promotion requests to migrate selected sets of components from development to production, for example, and tools to manage and respond to change requests, problem reports and issues as they come up.

The Workflow Tool provides an effective means to create repeatable processes to assign tasks in sequence to people to physically move software components from one environment to another and execute test plans along the way - exactly the same way every time!
