Document Repository Tool
The document repository tool allows documents to be uploaded to the database, and linked as an attachment to any other type of object, such as a requirement, task, change request, problem report etc.  Full check-in / check-out is supported, along with versioning of checked-in copies of files.  From this tool you can see who has a file checked out, when they checked it out and why.  You may also download copies of previous versions.
