Projectricity was founded in 2000 as a result of the founder observing so many
company's struggle with managing the software development process. We are
a corporation that believes in building practical, user-focused solutions, that
solve real-world problems.

Management
Monte Malenke
Founder and CEO
Prior to founding Projectricity, Monte built an extensive
background in information technology development with over 15 years of
technical, management and business development experience. After four years as
a senior consultant at Immedient Corporation (formerly Raymond James Consulting), a leading eBusiness consulting
firm, he created and ran the Oracle Solution Center (OSC) at Immedient for two
years which was the first organized Oracle consulting practice in the company’s
history.
During this time, revenue from the OSC
increased by 28% to nearly $3 million and earned him a place in the President’s
club both years. In addition to running the OSC, Monte provided project
management and technical consulting services to various clients such as Echostar,
Pinnacol Assurance, Primestar, Qwest and Information Handling Services (IHS).
Prior to becoming a consultant, he was the
primary technical architect of a Management Information System for the
Department of the Interior, Bureau of Reclamation, and managed this organization
before joining Immedient. Monte graduated from the University of Colorado with
a bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering and was recognized as the outstanding
Junior in Civil Engineering while there.
David Harrington
Director, Past President and COO
David has over 20 years of business start-up and growth
experience. He was a founding member of GE Access, a $3 Billion distribution
business. There he initiated and developed nine departments and/or business
units including: sales, product, education, support, quality and services. As
Vice President of Professional Services he took the business unit from startup
to over 100 people and $50 Million is sales.
When GE acquired the business he was
asked to initiate the Six Sigma quality program. First year results of the
program brought in over $3 Million Dollars of bottom line savings.
At CSG Systems he was Vice President of
Professional Services and the Project Management Office (PMO) where he started
and managed a worldwide services organization and PMO. The PMO was critical in
growing the group from 1 to over 70 consultants and completing over $2 Million
of project work in Mexico and Germany within 18months.
Most recently as President and COO of the
Reed Group Ltd. he developed a new sales organization, restructured the services
group’s cost and pricing structure, and instituted a rigorous budgeting process
to set the business on course for growth from $3 to $6 Million.
Director and Advisory Board Members
Dan Burke
Dan is currently CEO of Executive Thought, a high level
management consulting firm specializing in Information Technology issues. He is
the author of the book “Business @ the Speed of Stupid” providing expert advice
on how to be smart about utilizing information technology after the recent
high-tech shakeout. Dan has an extensive background in consulting and executive
management and was the COO and Vice President of Sales at IQ Destination, an
on-line training place for high tech workers.
Rob Cadwallader
Rob has created and implemented the Program Management Office
using CMM principals for two commercial businesses. He has over 17 years in the
fields of project management and software quality assurance. His experience
includes software development and maintenance in; Telecom, Customer Care and
Billing, Global Positioning Systems, C3I,
CMM, PMI, ISO, NASA NHB 5300, IEEE, TR-179, TL 9000, and all Defense Software
Development and Quality Management Models (Mil-I, Mil-S, Mil-Q, 1679, 2167, 498,
Etc.) His extensive background in software development, project management and
quality provides invaluable input to Projectricity products and services. As a
CMM CBA-IPI and SCE lead assessor he is also available to our clients to support
CMM assessments.
David McVey
David McVey is a seasoned Project Manager professional with
over 15 years of international experience within the media, e-commerce, retail,
oil and gas, telecommunications and software development industries. He is
currently at Great-West Life, in Denver, where he is responsible for the
establishment of their Software Development Methodology and Project Management
practices. Previously, David was the Director of Software Solutions for the
Interlink Group, an e-business consultancy company based in Colorado. Mr. McVey,
spent five years with Cap Gemini Ernst & Young working with a variety of clients
in such roles as Program Manager, conducting IT assessments, Director, running
large multi-year transformation programs, and interim CIO for a start-up
telecommunications company. David, began his IT career with Fujitsu-ICL Systems
and worked for them in Australia, Hong Kong and eventually the United States.
Charles Livingston
Charles Livingston has fifteen years experience in building
and deploying commercial software products. He currently is the Managing
Director of SOFstone, a strategic business and technology consultancy located in
Denver, Colorado. Previously Charles was the Chief Technology Officer of
IQDestination, an eLearning, software simulation and Learning Management
Platform company. Mr. Livingston has also served as Technical Director for
Raymond James Consulting and Principal within Oracle Corporation's consulting
practice where he led multi-million dollar engagements for enterprise wide
business solutions. Additionally, Charles maintains Technical Advisory roles
within several organizations and venture capital firms.
